1. There's no point in inviting people to your product launch or company event if it won't stick in their minds. While giant banners and stage branding are the usual way to go, there are more subtle ways to get your brand into people's hands or camera rolls.

  1. Printed Photo Backdrops

In the olden times, a pop-up photo wall required a degree of engineering to assemble and had to be minded like a newborn. The newer pop-up photo wall is printed on a single piece of fabric and then stretched over an aluminium frame. They can be put together in 10 minutes and then folded down into a handy carry bag when you're done. The usual style of design is a step and repeat of logos that are large enough to be seen on camera but also enough of them so they're never entirely blocked by people standing in front of them. If they're good enough for Hollywood, then they're good enough for us.

  1. Wooden Drink Tokens

Reusable tokens are a great way to put your logo in people's hands and control bar spending. The wood comes from a managed forest and is printed with eco-friendly inks. We can print your design in full colour on one or both sides. It's something a bit different from a business card drink token and can be kept after the event as a keepsake.

  1. Customised Event Passes and Lanyards

One way to make people feel super special is to give them an event pass to hang around their neck. We can produce a generic version with the event logo, but we can also take an Excel list and generate personalised versions with the attendee's name, company, and any other details you need. We recently did a version with a QR code that linked back to the person's LinkedIn, making it easier for people to connect there and then. They can be supplied with a stock-coloured lanyard or a fully printed one with your own branding.

  1. Custom Beer mats

A printed beer mat is another great way to get your brand close to people. Dotted around the venue or at a place setting, they can also be used as an entry form for a competition, printed with a QR code to get more info on the event, or as a feedback form. We can produce from as low a quantity as 100, so you don't need to worry about ordering thousands for a single event.

  1. Signage for Wayfinding

There are better ways to start an evening than arriving in a car park and knowing where to go, especially in large multi-use venues where there could be 3 or 4 separate events at the same time. Custom wayfinding signs with your branding and logo ensure everyone can get where they need to be. We can colour code for different routes and areas or supply the arrows separately so you can decide when they're being installed and where they've to point. We've been printing directional signage for events for over 15 years, so we have a few ideas on how best to do it.

  1. Get in Touch

There are a ton more ways to brand your event, so get in touch, and we can have a chat about it. We've been doing this for over 17 years so have a few ideas on how best to do it.
