Die cut stickers are vinyl stickers cut to the shape of your design instead of a standard rectangle or circle. We print your logo, mascot, or artwork, laminate it for protection, then cut around the outline so the sticker matches the shape. Most have a small border around the edge to give the cut some breathing room and make them easier to peel and apply.
Tech companies love them as swag. Hand them out at conferences, drop them in welcome packs for new hires, or leave a stack at reception. They end up on laptops, notebooks, and flight cases, which means your brand travels. Breweries, bands, and coffee roasters use them the same way. It's merch that costs almost nothing per unit and actually gets used.
What die cut stickers work well for

Keep the shape simple
We can cut any shape, but simpler outlines last longer. Long thin bits and sharp points are the first things to lift when a sticker gets daily use. If it would be fiddly to cut out with scissors, it'll be fiddly to apply and fragile once it's stuck down.
There's always some tolerance in the cut. If your design needs the blade to land on an exact pixel-perfect line, you'll end up disappointed. A few millimetres of border gives the cut room to move without looking wrong.
Material and durability
Printed on vinyl and laminated for scratch resistance and UV protection. Waterproof and built for Irish weather. They'll handle rain, condensation, and general outdoor use without the print lifting or fading.
Sizes and quantities
Minimum size is around 40mm x 40mm. We can go larger, and for anything bigger than A4, get in touch and we'll confirm what works for your design.
50 to 100 is the sensible minimum order. There's setup involved in die cut sticker printing, and that cost is spread across however many you order. We can do fewer, but the per-sticker price won't drop much below 50.
Turnaround
2-3 working days from approved artwork. We print, let the ink cure, laminate, then cut. For large orders, we can get the first batch out while the rest is finishing. If you've ordered 20,000, you probably don't need all of them on day one. We'll get you the first 500-1,000 and follow with the rest.
Artwork
Send a print-ready PDF with your cut path on a separate layer as a spot colour called CutContour. If you're not sure how to set that up, send what you have and we'll sort it out. Most of the time we're tidying up cut paths anyway.
