Custom Laptop Stickers

Laptop stickers are custom vinyl stickers sized to fit on a laptop lid without taking over the whole thing. They're printed, laminated for scratch resistance, and cut to the shape of your design. Same process as our die cut stickers, just sized with laptops in mind.

Tech companies order them constantly. Logo stickers for new hire welcome packs, milestone stickers for company anniversaries, event stickers for conferences. They're cheap swag that people actually use, and every time someone opens their laptop in a meeting or a coffee shop, your brand is visible.

Who orders laptop stickers

Tech companies are the obvious one. Logo stickers, merit badges, event branding, internal campaign stickers. Some companies use them to remind staff about security protocols, like always locking your screen. If it needs to be seen daily, a laptop sticker gets the job done.

Record labels include them as giveaways with vinyl releases. Restaurants and cafes use them for branding. Event organisers hand them out as part of swag bags. Anyone who wants their logo on something that gets seen every day.

Size recommendations

Laptop lids are fighting for space. People collect stickers, and yours needs to fit alongside whatever else is already there. Go too big and it might not find a home.

For stickers that are roughly square, 60mm works well. Big enough to be seen, small enough to fit. For wider designs like wordmarks or logos that run horizontal, around 100mm wide is the sweet spot, as long as the height stays reasonable.

Keep the shape smooth

Laptops go in and out of bags multiple times a day. Sharp corners and pointy edges catch on fabric, zips, and sleeves. That's where stickers start to lift and tear.

Smooth, rounded edges last longer. If your logo has sharp points, we can cut with a small border that softens the outline. The sticker stays intact, and you don't lose the shape of your design.

Material and durability

Printed on vinyl and the matt laminated. The laminate adds scratch resistance, which matters on a laptop that's being handled, stacked, and slid across tables every day and the matte finish gives a premium look. They're waterproof and built for Irish weather if the laptop ever ends up underwater, at least the sticker will survive.

Quantities and turnaround

50 to 100 is the sensible minimum. There's setup involved, and that cost spreads across however many you order. We can do fewer, but the per-sticker price won't drop much.

Turnaround is 2-3 working days from approved artwork. For large orders, we can get the first batch to you while the rest is finishing.

Artwork

Send a print-ready PDF with your cut path on a separate layer as a spot colour called CutContour. If you're not sure how to set that up, just send what you have and we'll sort it.

If laptop stickers aren't quite right
